This might read as a contradiction. I agree with onix but only to a certain degree in the sense that I can imagine a "shitty" 2d/3d artist spamming their work the same way someone could spam shitty AI. It's "allowed" because it's only subjectively seen as shitty. If AI art is allowed (it should) it has to have its own board, or at least a dedicated thread.

That being said, there's really no reason for AI art. It's a space-wasting gimmick if you're just spamming, at least when it comes to GC itself. Ideally you should want to have an established scene and not just a girl with blood smeared on her face (a good example of concrete AI scenes are sentientmuppetfactory and timmolloyart on Instagram)

One solution might be to discourage it on site but having the "spam" on exhentai or other sites like it. That way, if someone wants to experiment in rendering a specific seed or many they can just upload the whole set outside of GC and make a single post about it using the "best one" to come out of it.
