i am currently trying to get stable diffusion to understand basic mutalation/anatomy and have had limited success with extraneous penis's and fewer sucesses with dickless futa where there there is a scrotum but no no penis, and have had exactly one success out of thousands of a partial futanari penectomy that i cleaned up with image2image into something presentable.
