Since guro is the most complex thing to draw or make in 3d I think it will be not easy for AI either which is still struggling to draw correct number of legs on the character.
Also the whole point of guro is very strange and unique rare content which makes it next to impossible to produce for AI because AI cannot produce new unusual things just variations of old stuff.
