Moving the pupils up seems to add a little more pain, like she's too focused on the agony to focus her gaze on anything. Thanks for the suggestion!
And about the open mouth - yeah I'm trying to make her look as scared as possible as well as in agony. It's tricky conveying both and trying to make them both as extreme as possible but I wanna make it work.
Facial expressions are like… My favourite part of guro. I just like em xP
