Thanks, I get around 80% of earning from donations, a LOT of people are willing to pay a few buck each months, it's cheap for what you get from me, there are big commissioners, but I do not want to just do what commissioners want, I have my own original ideas a lot of people are willing to pay for. It's how I stayed in business for 2 years now as my main revenue.

Doesn't feel pissed from people hating paywall as well, I uderrstand them, the paywalled are extra contents and full sizes which almost all of them are free later.

I just feel I need to say my POV and debate with people feeling the need to smash paywalls, a lot of people relied on it, it isn't like Youtube that you can get ad revenue or paid sponsorship, without paywall, I'll have to charge a lot more for my commissions, which not enough people would be able to paid it. So the crowdfunding seem to make most sense, I have around 150 people in my subs. They do not dictate what I do, I clearly stated that it is all to fund what I wanted to and everyone seem to be happy with it. (longggg stay)

I think that the biggest reason why people think paywall is bad idea is because most of the time what are offered and the price doesn't make people feel worth it.
It's more of "bad paywall scheme is bad" than "paywall is bad".
