I hope so. No one has yet been charged for surfing the web. I use to watch a lot of RealShadman and Gwen10 guros without using Tor in my teens cause I wasnt aware of the law then. Have not got in trouble yet.

We got a few cases of people getting in trouble:
-A guy in Australia got 12 month jailtime for posessing PPG, Violet Perr and Lisa Simpsons lol.
Although it was on his computer.
-In Canada, Gordon Chin was sentenced 18 months for importing hentai from US. They wont let him use internet for 18 months lol.
So it's still risky. Even if you dont get jail time, the humiliation and stress isnt worth it.
