PG, it's me. I would just like to say one thing; this is not a net-negative situation for all of us. Especially for you.
You never burnt any bridges. But you have been ignoring to maintain the bridges and they are in a crooked state.

I am trying to untangle this mess and repair that bridge. Me starting this discussion between /meat/ writers to address this is proof that I care for you guys that I do not want you to ignore the damages we've made without knowing.

I want a place back on the board as much as you do, but as long as we keep this status-quo mindset of the old days, we will only isolate ourselves.

The issue at hand is not yours exclusively. It is all of /meat/.
Yours are completely fixable. The main problems you have are that you double down instead of being more open against other writers, and start too hard with newfags. And when others try to lend a hand at helping, you run away, accusing them of tampering with your canon.

We know the boundaries and hurdles you have, but when you tried to go alone you hurt others without knowing. The others that I discussed with are willing to provide constructive help and aid to prevent your past mistakes from happening again. If they are willingly honest and coming to assist you, then you must know their intent is genuine.

You can still have fun sharing your ideas and suggestions as always, but this time we will help you to accept that nothing is exclusive, and our part of the project should be open for others to help with.

Ignore the bad apples like the anti and Cunt. The thread still accepts you, your ideas were great and many like 3beat and Comfy lent their hands at improving it. And many more will! It only starts with you not isolating yourselves.
