Mother Nature invented a reward system – better known as orgasm – to enforce reproduction. So it is normal to copulate to fetch that reward. Probably everybody has a movie running in the head to finish this goal. If it takes a fetish for this reason (depending on your definition of fetish), then so be it. Based on that you could consider even the missionary position kinky in contrast to the "natural" doggy style. Given this premisses, one may think of non-heterosexuality (independend of the LGBTQIA* aspects) and killing people (which has absolutely nothing in common with the former topic – just to make this clear) as not "natural" in regard to not increasing the number of individuals. Though, Mom created this variations too and – not only with the background of more than enough people on our blue marble – they should be accepted as normal, especially in this community.
