I unfortunately have no knowledge about CP prior to the seventies. In the seventies you could purchase movies (maybe from "under the desk") legally produced by the danish company Color Climax. As you can imagine from the company name they were already in color.

BTW, in general only the smaller part of CP was ever made commercially, most films are amateur made.
