There's a big female cann/male meat scene, you just need to know where to look. Historically (ie back in the 90's/00's) there were three big cannibal fetish scenes online: dolcett (male supremacy settings with female victims inspired by dolcett's comics), femcan (female supremacy with male victims, closely related to other extreme femdom fantasy stuff) and a gay male/male scene, and they didn't really interact; they had their own forums, story sites, usenet groups etc. Search 'femcan' and you should find plenty of places to start exploring.
