Peril escape, the stronger the restraints like multiple handcuffs and padlocks, the better.
Simply being in peril with a lot of restraints does it for me although escaping it doubles it.
Peril survival
Such as surviving a bomb explosion or cremation while tied up (the latter actually happens in the manga Pumpkin Nights. Don't know any concrete examples of the former. Saw some fanart of one though. Its posted in tbe explosion topic.

Eyes and lips sewn shut are pretty neat too.

I prefer all of tbese with clothes on (specifically with short sleeves or rolled up sleeves).
