it's only a small subset of women who want to reveal they are women and get inundated with dick pics. an even smaller subset who are willing to post their bodies or voices. an even smaller subset who will do so while commenting or posting about guro on a public forum, possibly risking getting exposed in real life as a guro fan.

I have had women message me occasionally on a forum where I post stories, wanting to rp, and two or three of them have had pictures of themselves on their accounts. others have commented on stories I have written. most of the engagement I get is from male readers, but there must be a fair number of women, because only a small subset of women readers are going to want to rp with me, or even comment, from an account where they have pictures of themselves.

also, a large number of women have rape fantasies, and many women are into rough sex, bdsm, choking, hitting, blood, and so on. obviously these are interests that overlap with guro somewhat. from there it's not a stretch to imagine that some are into more fucked up fantasies.

it's also worth noting that many women do not feel attractive or young enough to post their bodies online.
