I think that the psychological aspect would break me, I've had a few bad cuts and broken bones before and the adrenaline rush definitely numbs that initial pain, and I'd say I'm pretty good when it comes to actual pain threshold so the recovery wouldn't be as bad, but if I imagine getting scalped or skinned while alive I'd probably kill myself from how bad it feels
