Basically schedule reforms, no homework, less hours unless decided upon as electives, 3 notebooks and a cheap laptop (if affordable) (graph, line, blank paper) instead of fat textbooks. Textbooks are gov funded, as are all pens, fieldtrips, etc. A worthwhile investment. P.E. is replaced with exercises between classes, and with anatomy and sex ed being Science. More focus on repetition, training hard skills and critical thinking, less cramming and stress and obedience training.
Trained in - YES, UNIRONICALLY- modern ninjitsu. Yes, the Martial Art Taijutsu, plus fence hopping, making explosives, different types of running and climbing, rocks and ropes.

- Free housing, plus paying premiums for better, more luxurious housing if so desired.

-Urban planning reform. Communal parking lots replaces with multistory garages between neighborhoods, and trees and bushes planted in every parking spot, with dirt roads between them and all the gravel dug up and used for the garages. More buses and trains. You can buy or rent your own personal garage of course, but it can't be deep inside most neighborhoods, but by the highways, away from children, with government funded driving playgrounds further away from residences, and of 5 or so levels of severity (so kids learn to drive, and edge heads can risk their lives without racing and killing toddlers).

- No plastic bags. Everyone gets a bunch of resilient bags they take with them to go shopping.

- Everyone can work from home if feasible, no boss allowed to bully employees.

Absolute right to live unviolated. If someone gangs up on you, if they're passive aggressively antagonizing you, putting their body in your face, etc. then you have the right to use whatever force is needed to stop them. If fighting them won't work, you can kill them.

- Invest in Solar, Deep underground Nuclear (under the edgiest vehicle playgrounds, Wind, Hydro, and Geothermal.

- Military is S.A.V.E.S. focused, have fapped up many designs but won't bother with much of that here. Basically the Urban Planning and Education reform plays into this, healthier citizens, healthier students, healthier warriors. More trees and garages, more caches to retreat to and regroup, more cover, more citizens that can then be aided and armed and then aid a retaking and counter offensive.
The soldiers should be good for a long time. Their knees should not go bad. They should be able to contend with gritty scenarios, so pain tolerance will still be a feature, but permanent debilitation serves your own no good.

- A right to say no. Social Media doesn't get rights to what you post online. No data peeving. Alternative sites based on any site that tries that shit is immediately brought up and collectively owned, with absolute freedom of speech up to the point of Fraud or Hate Speech, being explicitly calling for killing groups of people, not vague slogans that may or may not be associated with genocide.

- Anumals get killed humanely. Anesthesia, more space per chattel, less bloat and hormones, more space dedicated to farming, especially vertical farming.
Killing people in defence of animals being tortured or killed for fun is allowed.
Hunting is allowed, but must bag animal for consumption and other uses. Hunting is even encouraged. No assault rifles allowed, no gattling guns or grenade launchers, use a sniper rifle or shotgun.
