I don't think it was even gender dysphoria most transgender people don't have it most are just not satisfied with what impression they make on other people and how they are treated.

Op pretty well described that they didn't like their looks not like they were super obsessed with that gender nonsense. and in the end those drugs messed up her brain and sort of solved the problem temporarily, but wait 10-20 years at most and nature will come back with vengeance
