If you ask why I love guro, it's because I for some reason like horror and by extension, fictitious gore and death. And as a heterosexual male, I like pretty women.
Thus, I like seeing pretty women end up less than alive.

Yes, it might seem a bit contradictory, but that's how it is for me.
