Because we already have threads recurring: when a thread reaches its size limit or gets buried too deep for people to bother digging up, or gets buried so deep it is destroyed (I think it might be not happening nowadays, but it used to), people create a new iteration of it.

We also already have threads be for specific things people want. It's exactly because people want those things that those threads are created and maintained. Instead you're proposing threads that _you_ specifically want.

And even then what stops you from creating them now? If you think they are needed, go on and create them, there's literally nothing stopping you. And then we can all see if people actually enjoy those threads and stick to using them or not. Although logic thinking suggests that if people indeed wanted those threads, those people would've created them already.
