I do! But there's always the same problems:
First, our image board doesn't "feel" like a "real one", second, they're afraid to see scat, and third, they're afraid to see loli.
I keep telling them problem #2 isn't a problem, and #3 can be solved like #2, but #1 is a really broken feature.

Like 4chan, Gurochan has 10 threads for every index.html page and one image per post. However there's no real limit to threads in a board! This means the number of pages times 10 = the number of threads, give or take.
