Existing sports:

Archery: the targets are athletes from other countries, so you can kill or maim them and increase the odds for your country in their sports.

Athletics: each runner has a one-shot gun that they can use on other unners.

Badminton: the birdie explodes if it touches a player. In doubles you play until both members of a team are dead.

Diving: as suggested above, but removing the small circle of water: the divers dive on concrete.

Fencing: this one is a bit obvious but let's make it battle royale style. Only one fencer can remain alive at the end.

Rowing: every two minutes the boat which is last in the race is sunk. Rowers' feet are bound so they cannot swim.

Long Distance Running: all runners drink poison. Only the first three at the end get an antidote.


New sports:

Artistic Suicide: performed and scored similarly to Artistic Gymnastics but it has to end with the death of the gymnast.

Competitive Hanging: the last one alive wins.

Relay Death Race: runners wear electrified clothing. When holding the baton they are safe but when they pass it to the next runner, they get electrocuted.
