I've never studied the individual moral guidelines of African communities, but I'm pretty sure on average, they respect the dead. Everyone knows each other, because they all live next to each other in their own little tight nit villages and whatnot.
As far as punishment for sex stuff goes, they'll castrate an unmarried couple for fornicating; what makes you think they won't lop your balls off for fucking a corpse?
