I try to keep reality separate from fantasy, so I don't go out of my way to look at corpses. For me, it depends a lot on context. So I can get hard to the corpse of a real person without it removing by ability to get aroused, but only if the surrounding events are non-serious. And I understand that whoever a corpse was is someone's loved one. My necrophilia is something I'm aware of but also very ashamed of. I don't feed into it because at the end of the day I don't want to hurt my fellow man over my disgusting hedonism.
