Any and all effective counters to the CP flood would involve either or both of:

- Giving the mods a LOT more resources (good luck with funding)
and
- Stopping being an anonymous IB.

As long as GC remains an open IB with a budget of "whatever we found behind the couch cushions" there's nothing to be done but clean up after the spammers again and again.
