I present to you: the strawberry of anguish,
All the torture of the original, in a small, ear canal sized package. Sold In a 3 pack. Also works for breaking toes and noses.

We also have the eyescreamers. Similar idea but designed to fit around the eye, in the socket. So you can crack their face open, but they still can watch it happen. I suppose if your into gaping, it could find other uses...

I suppose a strawberry of anguish would work too, if you don't mind blinding them first.
