Lo, and behold! You have found sympathy in an internet stranger. I never had a particullarly strong hatred or fear of the dentist, but I did love pulling out my baby teeth. There was something satisfying about it especally with how much blood it produced and then later tonguing the hole in my gums.
I don't know if I would in enjoy getting my teeth removed, but I do find some kinds of tooth pain erotic. Specifically, the pain from moving or trying to move a tooth out of place. It was very difficult when I went to get my braces adjusted as a teenager to not become aroused.
Teeth on their own are very hot to me. I thought I was alone in this thought. I find a nice set of teeth hot the same way I or others find tits and ass hot. I'd love to find someone that would let me lick their teeth or perform "dentistry" on them, but so far I've had no luck with that. You may not be able to refuse anesthesia, but you can at least ask to keep the teeth after the procedure. I'll ask some people I know in the medical field and see what they say about refusing anesthesia. There might be a world where you can at least ask for a lesser dose.
