Not gonna bother to read the whole article as the first paragraph already mentions how the main charge and case is about grooming minors. The AI art only being found as being part of that perverts' messages. It's as usual, some pervert does something that's already been a crime for ages and that's what the actual prosecution and investigation is about, NOT the art.
