While I haven't been with someone who was actually in to it themselves, the two women I've had relationships with were accepting of it. Probably because they already knew I wasn't a monster.

One of them offered to role play but we never actually did that before the relationship fell apart.

The other used to indulge me by calling herself disposable and talking about cutting her head off.
