Yeah, and no, for me it depends on the amount of blood, because you can bleed pretty easily, yet blood is super important to us since we literally die without it, the depiction of blood in art has fascinated me honestly, but I might make a new discussion to explain better my thoughts on that.
Now I don't think gore ALWAYS has to have blood, but it can elevate it, or in times, make it lackluster if the artist doesn't utilise it correctly, that's mostly why I don't really add it to my art do to the fear of making it cliche.
