Seems like a trollish question to me but I'll respond regardless. It's mostly about contrasts pure/defiled, beauty/grotesque. That is why the earliest manga and anime works of this 20th century that kickstarted the eroticgrotesque featured only lolis. There is no greater contrast than in the fantasy of an innocent person with a flawless body unaware or just discovering her sexuality being defiled and brutally murdered and forced to face death, the great equailizer. It's hard to dissect a fetish but lolis are part of the foundation of the erotic grotesque genre. Sure on sites like 4chan some infiltrated influencers with troll qualities managed to put them in a negative light and the crowd quickly followed, it's easy to pick on a fetish frowned by society, fun and maybe safe, but here there are no such prejudices here and they will never take root. What you didn't understand is that most of us enjoy loli-guro and other types of guro in an equal measure, sure lolicons who enjoy guro exist but it's wrong to call a good portion of loli-guro enjoyers lolicons except as a joke. But we don't come here for stand-up comedy we are here to enjoy the content;) Maybe you will too when you will learn to accept others and instead of questioning their fetishes enjoy yours.
