That's not possible for 2 reasons
- our software generates the thumbnails from image, without the server processing a big image it's impossible to create a thumbnail
- even if the source can be thumbnailed, having it thumbnail makes every browser accessing a page to send a request there, which could in theory compromise your security if someone posted a link for IP grabbing
