Around thirty years ago I stumbled on this image online somewhere, probably in some Usenet alt group. It was the first time I'd looked at an image dealing with pain and torture that struck me as a big turn on. From there I started looking for more content like it wherever I could find it, and got me into discussing torture and snuff fantasies in chat rooms online. It even led me to meeting a pain slut willing for me to stick needles through her breasts IRL... alas, an all-too-rare an experience in my life since then.

I was never into gory horror movies before finding this, nor did I get into such movies afterwards either. I pretty much am only drawn to erotic guro of a type that I usually only find in stories and drawings and now, occasionally, in AI video.
