I'm not one for harming others at all, but I have a fantasy about marrying a rich business mogul who authentically loves me but also owns my stomach. He doesn't want to kill me, but we establish a romantic pact wherein he hires medical doctors to harvest internal organs I can survive without: a kidney, the appendix, uterus, a portion of liver, maybe a bit of gut and stomach lining, and it would be our shared secret. We would enjoy life as wealthy socialites, but my surgical scars and missing organs would be his private knowledge that I belong to him. Maybe some foreplay before the surgery (he'd examine my stomach and could do a bit of rough handling of the organs inside) but the end goal wouldn't be death, it would be having a stomach perfectly claimed and altered into something shared. He would do whatever he wants with the organs removed, the only promise he'd have to keep is that I stay alive and that only organs I can live without are removed.
