Recommend some good commercial stuff with guro in it.
I'll start with Invincible on Amazon. The cartoon has quite a lot of people getting killed and maimed. Maybe the comic version is similar.

Crossed - Probably pretty well known by now but the western comic book series Crossed by Garth Ennis is rather infamous for it's graphic content ranging from mutilation and cannibalism to sexual violence. Although I've not read any beyond the first volume, I'd heartily recommend it for any who have not yet given in a read!
The story follows the outbreak of a virus that leaves the infected with a cross-shaped rash/scar across their faces and lowers any and all inhibitions and raises tendencies for extreme violent or self destructive behavior. It reads a bit like a zombie/post-apoc setting with survivors on the run from various roaming packs of the crossed with much of the tension stemming from the fear of just what nature of unspeakable things they might due to any non-infected who fall into their hands, and always there is the ever present fear of the protagonists becoming infected themselves... and what they might then due to their comrades or loved ones.
The series is easy enough to find in local comic book stores and online.

If Crossed counts as guro you should check "Superjail" which must be the bloodiest cartoon ever. (with the ugliest characters ever LOL)
There are quite a few anime and manga series with a serious level of gore.
There is a "Mai-chan's Daily Life: The Movie" loosely based on the same manga and some others from the same producer
https://www.binged.com/person/sade-sato/
Also, there are some old movies that I have but that would be too many to list
One interesting example is "Let the blood run free" which is a comedy just as bloody as superjail.

Big fan of Maichan’s Daily Life, what got me into Guro in the first place! Classic Uziga Waita if you’re a fan of his works!
I’ve not heard of Superjail, I’ll give it a look, thanks for the rec!
For another manga that explicitly features gore/guro there is Tokyo Red Hood (bonus immortal loli protagonist) and several more from things like Berserk to Violence Jack (spin-off from the Devilman Series if memory serves).

Kowaku no Toki, an old visual novel from 2007. Strangely, an anime adaption was made 8 years later. The last 2 episodes had the most gore, amputation, and eye penetration. Pretty enjoyable experience overall, the loli was cute. (。◕‿‿◕。)

I've recently discovered a really fucked up 3D animation movie called "Where The Dead Go To Die!".
I can't really descrive how wonderfully fucked up and perverse this is but I'll just mention that it includes a scene where a dog is ripping a baby from a woman's womb!
The only minus is the quality as the movie is made in 2012.

Oh, that's a classic film. Funny bit of trivia here. The creator of this film used to date a well known flash artist, Emily Youcis, whose works have been posted here dozens of times before (probably not this iteration of the site though). The character Labby has featured in her cartoons before. If you're a fan of Screamerclauz and unfamiliar with Youcis, I'd suggest checking out her Newgrounds page. Here's an example of work
