The detour isn't even working for links imported from the old guro.wtf.Anyways it doesn't bother me but if u want a way around it just copy/paste the link in your browser!^^

It can't detect the link is inside GUROchan.

The jump.kolyma.org detour is the only benefit our server host is making except for the site ads (which are easily blockable with an adblocker), so while it has been conversational, I won't remove it out of my respect for him unless he wants otherwise. Kuz is my dearest friend and I believe he deserves GC using his personal detour for generously covering server fees of GUROchan.

We are aware, but without any active PHP developers working for the software, we can't fix those old links sadly. As you said, selecting text and opening in the new window is the best thing I could suggest for now

For much of absence of the quality of life features, there not being any active PHP developers working for the software is the reason.

I actually found many interesting things in the jump zone and I think one of the reasons why the previous iteration of GUROchan disappeared was the lack of funding.I don't get why people are bothered by adds and the jump zone because I can tell there is no virus, trojan or other such stuff! Everything attached to GUROchan is clean and most of the time helpful! You and KUZ are doing a great job! It's funny how people complain about adds and stuff when the previous iteration was swarmed but spammers, trolls, religious nuts and runned by an actual madman! So thank again and I must say to all don't be shy to use the jump-zone or click on the adds, they are the real deal and clean!

At least I hope there are some more useful tags available. May be a brief explanation of the predefined kaomoji would improve that page too.

I do understand the purpose of the jump zone and it's ok with me. My idea wasn't in the first place to skip the ads, but to give the readers the same smooth experience with referenced/quoted images inside of gurochan (previewed and clickable) as with the posting links (e. g. >>1563). Too sad that there is no solution.
