Since it is pretty easy to translate between languages with chrome translation, Japanese language should not be a very issue.
So in my opinion it would be ok to write in Japanese even on the existing boards or even post Japanese relies to English threads, even if that will look a bit weird.

From the English gurochan user perspective, it will be a benefit to have Japanese users here too, in case some help is needed with translation or other things.

You are more than welcome on gurochan. You should feel free to create your own chat threads, or use existing threads here. It would be very appreciated if you tell users on futaba about here, and if you wish, we can create additional Japanese pages explaining gurochan and the rules.
