Would it be blasphemous to suggest simply changing the year to 4 digits in the time stamp and keeping everything else the same?
For reference, I'm a weeaboo American that's a fan of European motorsports, so I end up dealing with month-day-year, day-month-year, and year-month-day formats all of the time. And despite myself being a lover of the year-month-day format, I think this is quite possibly the only place I've seen in my 20-some years on the internet since the year 2000 that uses a 2-digit year within the year-month-day format (I've always seen year-month-day since 2000 use a 4-digit year).

I really should have clarified that this isn't just an OCD thing, rather I actually keep getting tripped up thinking that the timestamp is either month-day or day-month due to the timestamps beginning and ending with 2-digit numbers*, especially since June 21 was just a week ago which would be written as 21/06 with the day-month format.
*I find that both month-day and day-month formats still somewhat commonly written with two-digit years (I would anecdotally say day-month is written with a 2-digit year more often that month-day is, but don't quote me on this). Meanwhile, as I said in the first post, I don't think I've ever seen year-month-day be written with a 2-digit year on anything since year 2000.

Didn't even noticed that until now! I don't find it anoying at all but funny cause you can think you are in 2001:P, it probably has to do with the site framework!

I just realized that the timestamp on the front page "News" not only uses a 2-digit year but even using day-month-year instead (you know, on
https://guro.wtf/
or, as of this moment,
https://guro.cx/
)
That too kind of threw me for a loop. I'd think for consistency you'd want the timestamps between the front page and the actual boards to have the same formatting.
...and while typing this, I even just realized that the timestamp formatting actually changed on the front page "News" at some point. Back in March it shows month-day-year and then it changed to day-month-year sometime after that.

I'm sure the mods and the admin haven't got anything else better to do right now like maybe idk protecting the site from dangerous individuals who want to see it taken down!

Well, someone on the mod team must have cared, because the "News" now all have consistently-formatted timestamps, and one that even matches the boards as well.
