    Everybody's favorite holiday, Halloween, is almost upon us. Can't speak for everyone, but it's definitely the one and only holiday I indulge in, lighting candles in every corner, and watching my favorite goreflicks. Which brings us to today's topic: horror movies.
    What are some of GC's favorite horror movies, or horror anthologies? Hell, even horror literature or games? I'm willing to bet a lot of gurochanners got their first 'awakening' from a piece of horror media.
    My top 5 horror films would definitely be The Stuff, Evilspeak, Ebola Syndrome, Microwave Massacre & Scanners. What are some of yours?

    The Thing is def one of my favs. Tokyo Gore Police was also a fun time, even tho it's very weird. I remember really liking one of the saw movies but i don't remember which one. This Halloween season I think I'll check out phantasm and house of a thousand corpses. microwave massacre also looks like something i'd get a kick out of

    With the note of I actually have a legit phobia of the genre (saw a bit of one of the Freddy Krueger movies at WAY too young at a Walt Disney World resort, I have and am doing therapy for it, and I'm almost where I want to be in terms of the phobia)

    Silent Hill. The first movie. The second, while enjoyable, is Action Adventure with Horror elements.

    I have a SOLID crush on Pyramid Head, the nurses are hot as fuck, and my only problem is handing the hot police woman the idiot ball.

    The sequel is enjoyable, but I was very disappointed in it as I was hoping it would progress my therapy, and. Well. Not actually horror.
