    I don't know the name but they mixed photo-manip with b&w drawings to create the most soberly graphic Guro I've seen. It's not the most erotica but definitely the most gruesome. I wouldn't call it realistic though,its more similar to old euro comics

    Zern. Zenith Lee and Mad Aye are both great in my top 3 picks.

    Each has a different art style, tho more similar than much of what's out there, more filled, realistic, thematically and stylistically intense and not as cartoony as much of the anime I see most of the time, but not overly gross in how ugly realistic portions can get.

    Seconded. In terms of drawn stuff, those along with Carl and that one "dried fish" dude that drew the kunoichi slashing manga are the pinnacle. Kisirian is an honorable mention as well!
