    I think about this a lot when my mind wanders. Like obviously, the ones designed for survival are a given (ex: amputation, limb torture avoiding arteries, etc.)
    But i think i could survive a wound fucking in the stomach as long as the intestines/organs aren't perforated and subsequent anti-biotics. Having watched a lot of surgery footage, often times surgeons hands are really rough with internal anatomy without negative effect. Maybe a bit more dicey if you use the intestine to wrap around a dick and stroke it off, since they might tear, but it's still pretty survivable.
    I also think eye fucking, if not done too deep could easily survivable.
    exsanguination that's calculated, with set up blood transfer for after could be done pretty easily. If done with SUPER precision, you could technically cut the trachea for a reverse blowjob while still allowing air to get through the bottom hole.

    I think that the psychological aspect would break me, I've had a few bad cuts and broken bones before and the adrenaline rush definitely numbs that initial pain, and I'd say I'm pretty good when it comes to actual pain threshold so the recovery wouldn't be as bad, but if I imagine getting scalped or skinned while alive I'd probably kill myself from how bad it feels

    The body is so strange though, I've seen accidents where amputation and the subsequent blood loss seems to be more or less 50/50 survival chance but then you see videos where someone punctures their leg artery with a pointy glass edge and they drain all of their blood in 30 seconds.

    - Car crashes

    - Getting Stabbed, Shot or Clubbed

    - Industrial accidents and Street accidents, such as something falling and cracking a skull open or a limb caught in a machine.

    - Severe burns

    - Animal Attacks

    - Falling from great distances.

    With modern medicine you can survive almost anything. unless brain is damaged.
    So I guess it should be what can be done without excessive permanent damage

    From all that I think wound fucking makes most sense and also warius cuts and partial skinning removing pieces of flesh which is what people love to do on themselves.

    anything done on breasts or genitalia is generally safe too.

    Hell even brain damage isn't always lethal. Though seldom can it be healed, except maybe a slight concussion though even that becomes permanent if it's frequent.

    Years ago, a woman posted in /dis that she once got stabbed by her boyfriend, and it felt good. No internal damage, just the feeling of his blade inside her. I would love to hear from her again, if she survived the relationship.

    Well getting stabbed by angry boyfriend is quite fucked up because I guess her pleasure came from the fact that she managed to make him angry not from the stabbing itself. and she could have died maybe that added to her arousal too.

    But actually I know like 1 or 2 women who did stabbing to themselves. and there is even one video of woman getting stabbed on stage for real
    looks like It does not do internal damage if knife is not super sharp.
