this is the first time i’m hearing the term but to me, a girltwink is a girl who looks like a feminine boy. sort of like that chick who was in all of the “ancient greek towel boy” memes a few years back. in contrast, a tomboy is just a masculine girl.

I also hear term girtwink for the first time but "twink" is not a boy who looks girly it is just young cute guy adult who looks like a boy nothing related to girls at all. Good example are those nazi germany propaganda movies.
Opposite of twink is "bear"

tomboy is not very clear in what it means as it can be a girl who behaves like a boy but looks like girl so it will be a boy in girls body but in that case she can be way more feminine than normal girls. and look extremely feminine just not very tidy :) because that's what happens if you give a guy girls body.

or she can be some girl who is desperate to show herself as a boy by being overly aggressive and adopting masculine roles, obsession with sports and fighting without any need or benefit. Almost transgender man.
