    As someone who isn't well-versed in the medical sciences (which I am very ashamed of and am hoping to remedy), I'm curious if there are any human anatomy experts here that can vouch for the anatomical accuracy/attention to detail of guro art.

    Specifically, I'm curious to see which pieces you find to be the most anatomically accurate/detailed.

    Generally, most guro mangas' internal organs are depicted quite accurately. Despite exaggerated outlier anatomy. Knowing Japan is quite particular on its attention to detail. Not all guts are intestines

    I think usually all anatomy is pretty accurate except intestines that are 99% of situations wrong but probably because wrong looks better :)

    I juts saw it very few times when intestines were drawn right.
