The servers were stationed in the Netherlands, some feminist journalists heard about it and decided to launch a huge media campaign to try to get the servers closed. This was done by a judge after pressure from the media, not Visa or Mastercard. Even today I saw a new post (just look up "rtlnieuws" on Instagram, that's our version of MSNBC), the website is already taken down and they're STILL writing hit pieces on it.
