Honestly, this films are fucking boring, the first one is more or less funny in cheesy way. But as for the others - don't waste your time and rewind for the death or nudity scenes, if you can watch it online.

Strangely, I never watched slasher movies until this days. Now, I saw a few and discovered that it's not a horror at all, it is actually a murder/torture porn. You'll notice the fetishes when you'll see it. Showing girl's feet, showing her naked, in the shower, creeping on her, then showing her panicking and horribly dying - it's the obvious sadistic fetishism. The victim characters aren't interesting or even plain irritating so you have no empathy towards them. And the maniac is tactical, creative and smart in his actions, supplying you with the interest. He is the agent 47 from Hitman playing around in the sandbox level.

I always thought people watch this movies to get scared, but obvious sexualisation of aesthetic violence and fear in this films makes me think we aren't that different from the slasher movie fans. It exploits same instincts as guro.
