    I find it... risky to remove the CAPTCHA when the site doesn't have a Report button yet.
    That said, this CAPTCHA seemed pretty weak, so perhaps it didn't actually stop any spam.

    It didn't. Captchas don't stop assholes. Mods do. If someone's spamming their trojan horse embedded site links, mods should remove them manually.

    Figured it out. The captcha loads as all capital letters, so I assumed to type it as that. It has to be done in lower case.
