    When writing stories I noticed that everything is getting sort of very similar, because it is always the same stuff just in different context at best
    So far it looks like nailing breast and dicks is like most obvious topic for casual BDSM
    using needles and skewers on them also looks reasonable
    then Pussy sewing somewhat usable too

    but this will be all of the non permanent stuff that I can come up with and it sort of start looking weird if you do same thing in different stories to many times even if context is different.

    So does anyone have some other ideas what could be done in the story along with things above or what kind of scenarios (very generally) you could come up with to explain why it happens

    As for example I see that one scenario for explaining something very ridiculous (like eating detergent capsules) is when someone saw something tv or internet or if they want to film it and post themselves
    But what other reasoning could be used to come up with such an absurd idea?

    Are you looking for specifically healable stuff, or just non-lethal?

    For the stuff that an actual human could recover from, there's:
    Beating/whipping/caning,
    Dripping wax (not a huge fan of this one, personally),
    Rope-binding (cutting off circulation to a specific part of the body, such as breasts or cock and balls)
    Minor flame play

    There's also the breaking of bones, which can heal, but wouldn't be done irl because of how long the recovery time is

    For stuff that won't fully heal, but can be survived with little impact on someone's life, there is:
    Knife play/scarification,
    Branding,
    Piercing (as in, inserting semi-permanent rings/bars of metal into the skin as decoration)

    As far as reasons to do it, there's the idea that some people have of "I'll try anything once!"

    A lot of the stuff I mentioned can also be part of master/slave roleplay pretty easily

    There's also the potential of people competing to withstand the most pain before chickening out

    yes that slave master roleplay is quite obvious but maybe even too obvious, also to make story more interesting rather than just jumping it is whipping someone, I think, it is nice to have some conversation how they come up with that and in every story that reason need to be different to make it interesting so the more ideas we have the better

    as to show better what I mean let's say we have boy and girl or whatsoever and they should somehow come up with idea how to do that caning or rope binding for seemingly no reason.
