Though to be more accurate, I have GIMP on my work PC, and it's an absolute pain to work with, particularly for this kind of edit. One day I will find where my old PSP7 disc went and see if it still works under Win7... but for now, the newer version of Paint is surprisingly capable for most things, it just lacks in the selection-resizing stakes. Easier to actually resize the thing you're pasting into...
