A character which makes me think the author hasn't the clearest handle on definitions of gender (we are after all at the intersection of Tumblr and Homestuck, lol). The best prefix for "boy" in this case is probably more like "flat chested tom" given the proportion of the time "he" is seen in female clothing and acting basically like a (mostly) flat chested girl with the only defining male characteristic being "because I said so". If that's what you need to say to keep "him" out of your mental box marked "lolicon", dude, well, so be it I guess.

("Mostly" because "he" does have small but distinct breasts in some pics, sometimes about A/B cup - and I don't mean the outright "fem-fordic" ones...)

But, it's something at least.
