i spent like 2 hours tracing this.
it's a copy book that was given out free at last years comic market in tokyo
that means a) it can not be bought or otherwise acquired on the aftermarket on account of it being a copy book (literally photocopies stapled together) that came free of charge to any takers
and b) copy books are usually not reprinted or otherwise reproduced after the initial stock is depleted, because they don't make any money

so unless somebody scans his copy...
i also traced the circle that made this copy book and they will be present on this years comic market. no information on any remaining copies of this particular book. i just inquired with them over pixiv. will keep you updated
