Question on requests - how extreme on the swapping are you willing to draw? Like, could we even include internal organs? (the non-guro no-blood kind anyway) An extreme example (not necessarily a request) would be something like swapping the entire head (hair and all, even if it's long hair) for the appendix.

I'm just trying to use this extreme example as a way to gauge the available spectrum here, seeing how an appendix isn't particularly notable and an internal head is almost more like unbirthing.
