Is it limited to just one person's body? Or could Paula and Rebecca start switching parts?

There's already been some switching with the genitalia and face and all, so how about something a little more mundane, like say, she's trying to think of how to her her face on the front of her body, and she thinks about how her breasts are on the front. Her face and breasts should be on the same side... so that leads to her breasts switching to be on her back between her shoulder blades?

Or what if in trying to get her face to where she wants it, all she does it turn it upside down. Then in the process of trying to right herself, her hands/feet or arms/legs switch places?
