As someone diagnosed schizotypal and other shit: Fetish or no, as long as they're willing to accept when it the less fun bits too, that's what you're looking for. After all, it's not always fun-crazy they'll be dealing with. If they can't deal with that and be an actual emotional support, then you shouldn't be in a relationship with them. (As for just fucking them, well, that's your personal preference.)
